This Pilates with weights video was a great workout. I can feel it in my upper body. I used two 5 lb weights for some of the exercises and two 16.9 Oz water bottles. I also put the 5 lb dumbbell in between the thighs for the leg raises.
Exactly what I needed! I'm a dancer and need to strengthen my core for stability. This connects dance and cross training beautifully. Thank you.
